Shipping policy
Your package will be prepared as environmentally friendly as possible. This means that all our packaging is made from recycled material.
Ordered on working days before 22:00: package sent the same day!
We ship packages the same working day if you have ordered before 22:00. All our packages are sent with PostNL. Do you place an order on the weekend? Then it will be processed the next working day.
Shipping costs: the Netherlands
- €3.95 for orders below €50
- FREE SHIPPING for orders above €50,-
Shipping costs: Belgium + Rest of EU
- €6.95 for orders under €50
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over €50,-
This is how you track your order
If you place an order with us and the payment is successful, you will immediately receive a confirmation in your inbox. In most cases, this order is processed immediately by our warehouse.
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. This allows you to track your package. This is often the same working day.
We also ship outside Belgium and the Netherlands
Do you live outside the Netherlands or Belgium and would you like to order something from us? No problem! Send us an email with the products you want to order and your address. We calculate the shipping costs for you and let you know when your order will be delivered.
