How do I return?

Send us an email at returns@humen.nl, and let us know that you want to return something. We would of course like to hear the reason for this, so that we can improve our products and/or ordering process.

What are the conditions?

Returns are allowed within a maximum of 14 days after you have received your order and only with unopened packaging. If you have already opened the package but you are really not satisfied, you can always send us an email with a clearly described reason to see what we can do for you.

The shipping costs for returning are for your own account.

Did you receive products with your order that belong to a package (a measuring scoop for example)? Then you must also return it.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. If you don't want that, you don't have to give a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier) receive the product.

In order for the right of withdrawal to take effect, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you wish to withdraw from the contract. Sounds complicated, but it's really easy. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication about exercising it before the withdrawal period of 14 days has expired. The fastest way to do that is simply by sending an email to retouren@humen.nl

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point (with the exception of delivery or shipping costs) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement. revoked, back from us.

If you only return part of your order, the costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged for such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the products.

In any case, you must return or hand over the products to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Direct costs of returning your order are for your own account.
